Refer-a-Friend Summer Promotion Terms & Conditions
For Referring Businesses
To be eligible for the Refer-a-Friend Promotion, you must have an active Vagaro customer account. Referrals must be businesses that have never had a Vagaro account and have no current or past affiliation with any existing Vagaro accounts or locations, whether directly or indirectly. The referred business must sign up using your unique referral code between July 15, 2025, and September 15, 2025.
To qualify for a $300 Vagaro credit, each referred business must:
- Process a minimum of $1,000 in credit card payments using Vagaro Merchant Services within 60 days of signing up.
- Maintain an active account with Vagaro for a minimum of four (4) consecutive months following their signup date.
The $300 credit is earned as follows:
- $50 will be earned once the referred business processes at least $1,000 within the first two (2) months, even if it does not maintain an active account for four consecutive months
- $250 will be earned once the referred business has remained active for four (4) consecutive months regardless of transactions volume within the first two (2) months.
Each credit amount will be applied to your Vagaro account within 30 days of Vagaro's verification that all eligibility requirements have been met. Credits will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and may only be used for Vagaro services. You will receive an email notification once eligibility is confirmed, and the credit has been issued.
There is no limit to the number of businesses you may refer, under this promotion.
Vagaro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.
For Referred Businesses
To be eligible as a referred business under the Refer-a-Friend Promotion, you must:
- Be a new Vagaro customer with no prior or existing association with any Vagaro location or account.
- Sign up using a valid referral code provided by a current Vagaro customer.
To receive a $50 Vagaro credit, you must process at least $1,000 in valid credit card transactions using Vagaro Merchant Services within 60 days of account activation. Transactions must comply with Vagaro's Merchant Services Agreement and not include refunded or disputed charges.
The $50 credit will be applied to your Vagaro account within 30 days of meeting the eligibility criteria. You will receive an email notification once eligibility is confirmed, and the credit has been issued.
