Vagaro Inc./Vagaro UK Ltd. (herein Vagaro) organizes and sponsors promotions, giveaways, and contests awarding various prizes to participants. The promotions, giveaways, and contests are regulated by Contest Rules (hereinafter “Rules”). Participation in any of these contests constitutes the Participant’s agreement and acceptance of these Rules. All federal, state, local, municipal laws and regulations apply. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR CONTRIBUTION TO VAGARO WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligibility
The Contest is only open to UK residents and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Vagaro, Employees of Sponsor, and other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Contest Period
Start and end date Entries will be accepted online starting on August 26, 2025 at 7:00am Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and ending November 21, 2025 at 11:59pm Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). Entries that are submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified.
Entry rules
The Contest is open to all eligible participants. To enter, participants must:
1. Be a New or Current Vagaro Business Customer
2. Submit an entry via the Contest Entry Form
Incomplete entries or those not in alignment with the rules, requirements, and specifications will be disqualified by Vagaro. Each participant may enter the Contest only once. Any attempt to circumvent the rules will result in immediate disqualification from the Contest.
Rights Granted by Contest Participants
By entering this Contest and sending your entry guess, the Participant understands and agrees that Vagaro and/or anyone acting on behalf of Vagaro has the right, where permitted by law, to use the content and personal information for any promotional purposes without limitation and without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
Disclaimer of Responsibility
Vagaro is not responsible for problems with Contest entries, including but not limited to, entries which are lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or cannot be completed due to electronic or technical difficulties, even if the problem is the result of the sole or partial negligence of Vagaro.
Prizes
There will be three (3) winners of the Contest (each, a "Winner"). Each Winner will receive prizes valued at one thousand British Pounds (£1,000) in Vagaro Services, which includes: (i) a Vagaro base subscription valued at thirty British Pounds (£30) per month for twelve (12) months; (ii) a Brand Package including free brand development and MySite design; (iii) quarterly business coaching sessions with a Vagaro Brand Partner or Vagaro Executive (as determined by Vagaro based on the Winner's business type); (iv) content creation consisting of one (1) social media promotion and one (1) blog post about the Winner's success story with Vagaro; and (v) attendance with Vagaro at up to three (3) key industry events, with a maximum of two (2) tickets per event.
Note: Brand development includes custom logo design with up to 2 included rounds of proofing, recommended color palette and brand fonts, email marketing banner design, digital gift certificate design, and supplemental graphic elements such as a pattern or icons. Brand development can be applied to an existing brand; the winning business has the right to decline some or all of the brand development package.
MySite design includes up to 8 pages and 1 round of revisions; option for additional pages and rounds of revisioning are available for an additional fee. Business will be responsible for providing content, including text and images, for their MySite before the first proof can be created. First proof will be sent for business review within 14 days of completing brand development package and receiving all website content from business. Business has up to 7 days from the date the first proof is sent to request the included round of revisions before the MySite will be published; business has up to 90 days from the date the first proof is sent to request the included round of revisions to the MySite after it’s been published. Further revisioning beyond this window may incur an additional fee. All optional add-ons pertaining to brand development and MySite design, and their respective additional fees, are non-refundable after the first proof of the corresponding project is sent.
The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for another prize and is non-transferable. Prize-related expenses including all federal, state, and local taxes represent the sole financial responsibility of the Winners. The prize is given with no written, express, or implied warranty. Any prize not claimed within 30 days will be forfeited by the winner and remain the property of Vagaro. Acceptance of the prize gives Vagaro permission to use the Winners personal details and (photo, audio file, video, text, etc.) for advertising purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Winner Selection and Notification
The three (3) Winners will be selected by a Vagaro Panel of judges who will review all contestant submission entries based on (i) the quality of submission and (ii) the completeness of entry. Winners will be declared via Vagaro Pro’s Instagram story on November 24th, 2025 via @Vagaropro’s Instagram story. Winners will be informed about the prize by Instagram Direct Message and request for email verifications within 1 day following the end. Vagaro is not responsible if the Winners fail to receive the notice about the prize due to any security settings or provision of incorrect contact information. If the Winners fail to respond within the required time period, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner may be selected and will be announced on Vagaro Pro’s Instagram story. If the Winner(s) are considered a minor in their place of residence, Vagaro reserves the right to place the prize in the name of the Winner’s parent or legal guardian who will be requested to sign the Declaration of Claim on the Winner’s behalf. Acceptance of the prize given in this Contest is in accordance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. If the Winner(s) are disqualified for any reason, Vagaro is not obliged to provide an alternate prize or extend the Contest Period in any way, and all privileges as Winners will be terminated immediately. Participants who provide false, fraudulent or deceptive entries or who engage in false, fraudulent or deceptive acts in connection with the Contest will be disqualified and subject to criminal prosecution.
How to Claim the Prize
The Winners can choose to have their prize(s) mailed (if applicable), or to pick up their prize(s) at Vagaro’s business office located at 25 Town Square, Stevenage SG1 1BP, United Kingdom. The prize may be picked up any time between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. If the prize is mailed to the Winner, they assume the risk of the prize’s safe arrival. Winners are required to provide (1) a valid government-issued photo identification depicting the proof of age and (2) a National Insurance Number. The National Insurance Number will be used for tax-reporting purposes. Vagaro reserves the right to deny awarding the prize if the winner fails to provide a satisfactory identification.
Terms & General Conditions
Vagaro reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or any other cause affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. If such case occurs, Vagaro may select the Winners from all eligible entries. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage the Winner selection process and the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.
Limitation of Liability
By entering the Contest, You agree to release and hold harmless Vagaro and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from:
(i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof;
(ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, software, or other mechanical equipment;
(iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service;
(iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest;
(v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries.
Disputes and Arbitration
THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY ENGLISH LAW, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in England and/or Wales having jurisdiction.
