CREDIT CARD PROCESSING PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This is a limited-time promotional offer available to existing Vagaro users with an active merchant account who has already signed up for Vagaro credit card processing but has not yet processed any credit card transactions.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for this promotion, users must:
- Be an existing user with an approved Vagaro credit card processing account that has not previously processed transactions or processed less than $100.
- Begin processing credit card transactions within 30 days of receiving the 1st promotional communication.
- Process a minimum of $2,500 USD in eligible credit card transactions within 30 days of the first processed transaction.
- Maintain an active Vagaro account in good standing throughout the promotional period.
- This promotion applies only to eligible, unused credit card processing accounts and is not available to users who have previously processed transactions, previously terminated processing accounts, or re-created merchant accounts.
- Only eligible credit card processing fees are included in the rebate. Other fees, charges, assessments, chargebacks, refunds, hardware costs, or services are excluded.
- Rebates are non-transferable, have no cash value outside of this promotion, and may not be combined with other processing-related promotions unless explicitly stated.
Users who have previously processed credit card transactions with Vagaro are not eligible for this promotion, even if they create a new merchant account.
Promotion Benefit
Eligible users who meet the above requirements will receive free processing on their first $2,500 in processed transactions.
This offer is fulfilled by way of a rebate equal to the value of the eligible credit card processing fees paid on the first $2,500 in qualifying transactions.
The rebate will be issued within 30 days after the $2,500 processing threshold has been reached, provided all eligibility requirements continue to be met at the time the rebate is processed.
Additional Conditions
General Terms
Eligibility requires maintaining an active Vagaro account in good standing. Vagaro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect rights or obligations that arose prior to such modification, suspension, or termination.
Vagaro’s standard terms of service, processing agreements, and policies apply.
